Development Coordinator
Hamilton Valley Management, Inc. is an affordable housing/property management and development company with 4,000 units across the state of Texas. This job would be in our Development Department.
Job duties include:
Land Acquisitions
Funding Applications
Budgeting
Construction Coordination
Compliance/Reporting - Cost Certifications, Fair Housing, Davis Bacon, Fair Labor Standards
Salary would be based on experience, and grow with acquired experience.
This is a very unique job with a very unique set of skills that generally must be obtained from on-the-job learning. We would not expect an applicant to know how to perform every task required for this job; however, the successful applicant will be expected to be a quick learner who can retain quite a bit of information. Attention to detail is paramount for this position. A background in banking or finance is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
