Elementary STEM Teacher (Two Full-Time, Across Three Schools)

Job Overview: Hamilton-Wenham Regional School District is seeking a passionate and innovative STEM Teacher to inspire young learners in the fields of science, engineering, and technology. These two full-time positions will serve students at three elementary schools, fostering curiosity and critical thinking through hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences. This teacher will work with students in grades K-5. Key Responsibilities: •Develop and implement engaging STEM lessons focused on science and engineering, with integrated technology components. •Collaborate with classroom teachers to support and enhance STEM instruction. •Facilitate hands-on experiments, engineering challenges, and project-based learning. •Utilize age-appropriate technology tools to enhance student learning. •Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to explore and innovate. •Assess student learning and adjust instruction to meet diverse needs. •Manage STEM resources, including materials and technology. •Participate in professional development and stay current with best practices in STEM education.
