- Prior experience teaching and training other sales leaders on referral development and sales calls/metrics
- Knowledgeable in sales and marketing plan development
- Effectively uses systems and tools to manage referral source sales and inquiries
- Utilizes creativity with sales strategies to partner with marketing (print advertisements, brochures, and media campaigns)
- Ability to travel
