Breakfast-Happy Hour Attendant - Part-Time
Busy hotel requires team member who is committed to providing our guests with outstanding customer service.
Duties include light food preparation, stocking the breakfast foods and beverages, bussing tables. interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
Breakfast Shifts: Mon - Fri: 5:30 AM - 11:30 AMSat/Sun: 6:30 AM – 12:00 Noon*** Days scheduled will vary based on occupancy.
Happy Hour Shifts: 4pm - 8pm Mon - Wednesday
** Typical schedule would be: Mon - Wed Happy Hour 4 pm - 8pm; Sat/Sun 6:30am - 12Noonor Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 11:30am; Sat/Sun 6:30am -12Noon
Reliability is Essential as Breakfast is a TOP amenity for our guest experience.
Must have cooking experience in a hotel or restaurant.
Additional hours available as Banquet Prep Cook - Hours will vary based on banquet requirements.*** Preparation and Organization is KEY to this position.
Responsibilities
Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet in an attractive and abundant looking organized clean and standardized presentation according to brand and IHG standards.
Prepare foods such as Fruit, Cereals, Coffee, and Juices.
Set out cold food such as Pastries, Muffins and Cereal for self-service. Refill as needed.
Prepare hot foods such as Heat & Serve Omelets, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Sausage, Breakfast Potatoes, Hot Oatmeal, Grits, Sausage Gravy & Biscuits on a rotating schedule.
Set up serving dishes, utensils, cups and dining ware.
Maintain cleanliness of breakfast area and kitchen during and after breakfast hours.Prepare and maintain inventory for the following day breakfast. Inform management of low stock. Mark and date food inventory.
Follow Health and Safety procedures.
