Welcome to the Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo Downtown, a premier destination located in the heart of Buffalo's downtown business district. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a memorable stay for our guests. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Hotel Night Auditor to join our team.
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. Your primary duties will include:
Performing end-of-day accounting tasks and reconciling daily financial transactions.
Managing the front desk, including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues that arise during the night.
Preparing and distributing daily reports to management.
Ensuring the security and safety of the hotel and its guests.
Assisting with any additional tasks as needed to support hotel operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or accounting is a plus.
Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using hotel management software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work overnight shifts. (11:00pm to 7:00am), including weekends and holidays.
