Here at Heather Heights Assisted Living and Memory Care we prioritize providing the best possible care for our lovely residents, because caring is OUR privilege!    As a Recreation Aide you’ll be responsible for….  The creation and implementation of engaging recreation activities or programs for a diverse group of people  Leading and supervising recreation activities to ensure residents are engaged in the activity, are having fun, and are all actively participating   Encouraging participation in activities by promoting positive experiences events to residents   The set up and take down of all planned activities prioritizing cleanliness and organization   Communicating effectively with staff and residents to ensure a collaborative and uplifting environment   What we have to offer you:   Pay Increase every 6 months   Competitive compensation   Heather Heights exclusive discounts   Time off- so you can take care of yourself just as much as you take care of others   Required:  High school diploma or equivalent  Must be able to lift over 25 pounds     Our ideal candidate is someone who displays great leadership qualities and effective communication skills.
