As a Recreation Aide you’ll be responsible for….
- The creation and implementation of engaging recreation activities or programs for a diverse group of people
- Leading and supervising recreation activities to ensure residents are engaged in the activity, are having fun, and are all actively participating
- Encouraging participation in activities by promoting positive experiences events to residents
- The set up and take down of all planned activities prioritizing cleanliness and organization
- Communicating effectively with staff and residents to ensure a collaborative and uplifting environment

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to lift over 25 pounds
Our ideal candidate is someone who displays great leadership qualities and effective communication skills. Experience in event planning or musical ability is a plus!
