- Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Experience in online and in-person tutoring
- Strong Writing and Literature skills

- Knowledge of dyslexia and language-based learning differences is a plus
- Specialization in Orton-Gillingham, Slingerland or Wilson Reading System is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or related field
