What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Audit Manager position at Hamlyn Williams?
Hamlyn Williams have partnered with a leading FBO looking to hire an IT Audit AVP. This role is on a hybrid basis out of New York City.
As an IT Audit AVP, you will:
- Execute and supervise internal IT audits and assist in IT audit risk assessments
- Assist in the design and implementation of IT audit programs
- Deliver complete, timely and concise audit reports as well as work closely with stakeholders to identify and assist in the resolution of control issues affecting operations
- Perform issue tracking and risk-based validation of IT issues
- Collect and analyze information from regulators
- Work closely with and assist in the professional development of more junior team members
As an IT Audit AVP, you will require:
- 5 years’ IT audit experience, specifically within a bank or financial institution
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems or some other related field
- CISA, CIA or other relevant certification is preferred
- Previous experience within the financial services industry
- Strong oral and written communication skills
