Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact – welcome clients and ensure a professional, friendly first impression. Answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
- Manage communication & coordination – answer calls, sync calendars, and assist attorneys and paralegals.
- Support case intake & management – review case files for complete information, send letters of representation, and request needed documents.
- Keep the office running smoothly – maintain a clean and organized reception area, handle mail and packages, and assist with special projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Energetic, self-motivated, and highly organized individual.
- Excellent communication skills – enjoys interacting with people and providing top-tier client service.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish), preferred but not required
- High school diploma required; paralegal certification or law firm experience is a plus!

Pay: $20.32 - $21.66 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
