Duties
- Maintain client relationships throughout the case
- Participate in initial client meetings
- Calendar appointments and deadlines
- Assist attorneys with drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Obtain, review, and organize medical records and bills
- Manage case files and documents
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts
Requirements
- Proficiency in legal drafting and procedures
- Familiarity with personal injury case management
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to provide executive administrative support to attorneys
