In this role, you’ll be focused on helping our
short form
content team create strong content. As we’re a small team of editors, we’ll also need assistance editing our long form member content and filling in for our other editors from time to time.
This is a chance to play an important role in a growing YouTube business and collaborate with the team!
Qualified candidates must be located in the Austin area who are willing to come into the office in North Austin.
Responsibilities
Animating our short form content.
Looking through social media and pop culture to find interesting clips.
Edit shortform content for YouTube, Instagram and Tik Tok
Analyzing KPIs to determine strategic video decisions.
Understanding the YouTube algorithm for strategic decision making.
Collaborating with the team to create and understand our video strategy.
Providing input on any and all strategies around our YouTube channels.
Base level editing of membership long form content.
Effectively replicate our short’s style
Qualifications
1 Years of experience with Premier Pro
1 Years of After Effects experience
Experience with sound editing
Must be in Austin and willing to come into the office
Must have a positive attitude and be okay working in a fast paced environment
Must be flexible
Must be able to quickly learn new computer systems
Understanding of the YouTube algorithm
Must be able to communicate effectively and work on a team
Must have a good sense of humor
Must understand what’s relevant and trending in pop culture

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Financial Audit and Financial Audit clips.
Experience working with large YouTube creators
