Proficiency in communication, customer service, and sales skill are the main requirements for this position. In addition, we are looking for someone who enjoys selling, learning about, and working with all things grooming, skincare, and hair care.
This candidate must be a sales leader, and work hard to achieve their personal sales goals, as well as store goals. They must work together, with their Store Management Team, to make their store location successful. This candidate must also be a self- starter with a positive attitude, and support the store team in the daily business operations of the store. In addition, this person will give incredible service, and go above and beyond to make sure that our clients' needs are taken care of.
