Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and independent Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and securing contracts for our security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients such as apartment complexes, developments, distribution centers, and more.
- Generate your own lead list and contact potential clients through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
- Work independently but collaborate with the Sales Director for guidance and strategy.
- Set appointments for the Sales Directors to meet with potential clients (virtually or in person) to finalize contracts.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales independently.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work remotely, manage your schedule, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with the security industry or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be local to Carteret County/nearby counties, North Carolina.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based pay structure.
- Earn 3-5% commission on each sale once the contract is confirmed and paid, with no cap on earnings.
