Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Assisted Living Manager to help oversee the daily operations of 2 small assisted living facility's. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of senior care, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment. This role requires a blend of managerial expertise, ability to lead a team by example, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Manage the overall operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual resident needs, focusing on enhancing their quality of life.
- Supervise and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for the facility, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and community resources to provide comprehensive support for residents.
- Conduct regular assessments of resident health and well-being, addressing any concerns promptly.
- Organize activities and programs that promote social engagement among residents.
- Maintain open communication with residents and their families regarding care plans and facility updates.
Experience
- Proven experience in a leadership role within an assisted living or senior care environment is required.
- Knowledge of CRBF regulations or abilty to learn.
- Familiarity with group home settings or home community care practices is advantageous.
- Experience in dementia care is highly desirable.
- Strong budgeting skills and experience managing operational costs effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with residents, families, and staff members.
- A commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors while maintaining high standards of service.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
