Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Online Customer Service Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will provide exceptional support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, chat, or social media.


Responsibilities:


· Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and courteous manner

· Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner

· Provide accurate information about products and services

· Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns

· Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics

· Work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues


Requirements:


· High school diploma or equivalent required

· 0-1 year of customer service experience (previous experience in a call center or retail environment is a plus)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

· Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software

· Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace (for remote positions)


Working Conditions:


· Full-time or part-time positions available

· Remote or on-site work options (depending on the company)

· Flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays (depending on the company)
