Job Summary : As a Hostess at Hammock Dunes Club you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, including greeting and seating guests, handling reservations, and providing outstanding customer service. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that every guest's dining experience begins on the right note.

Key Responsibilities :

Guest Reception :

Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at the restaurant.

• Manage guest seating and waitlists, ensuring efficient and timely seating based on reservations and availability.
• Answer phone calls and manage reservations, providing accurate wait times and accommodating special requests when possible.

Customer Service :

Provide excellent service by addressing guest inquiries, managing special requests, and resolving any issues that arise promptly and professionally.

Operational Duties :

Maintain an organized and clean host stand and dining area.

Administrative Tasks :

Keep accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests.

Team Collaboration :

Work closely with servers, bussers, and management to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly.
