Job Summary: As a Hostess at Hammock Dunes Club you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, including greeting and seating guests, handling reservations, and providing outstanding customer service. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and ensuring that every guest's dining experience begins on the right note.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally as they arrive at the restaurant.
- Manage guest seating and waitlists, ensuring efficient and timely seating based on reservations and availability.
- Answer phone calls and manage reservations, providing accurate wait times and accommodating special requests when possible.

Customer Service:
- Provide excellent service by addressing guest inquiries, managing special requests, and resolving any issues that arise promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, ensuring all guests feel welcome and valued.

Operational Duties:
- Maintain an organized and clean host stand and dining area.
- Coordinate with the serving staff and management to ensure smooth communication and efficient service.
- Monitor dining room activity to ensure a steady flow of guests and assist with any guest-related needs.

Administrative Tasks:
- Keep accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests.
- Assist with managing the restaurant's reservation system and update guest information as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Hostess or in a customer service role, preferably in a high-end or private dining environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and basic office equipment.

Education & Certification:
