Reporting to the North America Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Order Support role manages the flow of customer orders and ensures that they are processed accurately and efficiently. This role supports various territories in North America and provides support to the Customer Success Specialists.

Reporting to the North America Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Order Support role manages the flow of customer orders and ensures that they are processed accurately and efficiently. This role supports various territories in North America and provides support to the Customer Success Specialists.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Order Entry
- Receives, reviews and processes Customer Purchase Orders
- Responsible for managing "Will Call" inbox for same day Customer Purchase orders
- Order Entry to Shipment
- Ensures efficient and accurate process flow from order entry to shipment (release shipments to warehouses, prints picks)
- Uses warehouse selection preference to ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to HPS policies and procedures
- Communicates with warehouses as required to ensure product availability and status of shipments.
- Support for Customer Success Specialists
- Assists in other minor clerical tasks when required, such as, credits and shipment tracking
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 experience in in customer service or a similar role, manufacturing sector
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with customer portals/systems. D365 an asset
