We are seeking a skilled Travel Community Health RN to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Nursing assessments and delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants
- Collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care
- Communicating patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts

Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or awaiting licensure number
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred
