As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient, resident, and family satisfaction.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Nursing assessments and delegating aspects of care to LPNs and Nursing Assistants
- Collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines to develop effective plans of care
- Communicating patient information with assigned staff during and between shifts
