The Hampden County Sheriff's Office is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as a Residential Supervisor at the Western Massachusetts Recovery and Wellness Center.
As a Residential Supervisor IX – C.O., you'll play a vital role in supervising and supporting justice-involved individuals, assisting them in their journey toward recovery. The WMRWC is a unique, supportive environment offering education and treatment to help individuals explore all pathways to recovery.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the care, custody, and supervision of inmates assigned to the community restitution program
- Monitor work performance and evaluate inmates on community restitution contracts
- Handle security functions and maintain a safe environment
- Investigate suspicious activities and prepare reports as needed
- Supervise and guide inmates as they work in the community
