We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, while also preparing a variety of food items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including dining tables, serving stations, and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed during food preparation and service.
- Brew coffee and prepare beverages to ensure guests have a satisfying experience.
- Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing friendly service and addressing any inquiries or requests.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
- Clean kitchen equipment and utensils after use to maintain a hygienic work environment.
- Help with meal preparation as needed, including cutting fruits, baking pastries, or preparing other breakfast items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a culinary or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work early morning shifts and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.
