Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Monitor front desk operations to maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele effectively (if applicable).
- Implement strategies to improve guest relations and enhance overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- Canidate must have previous Hilton experience**
- Proven experience in a front desk or guest relations role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and night audit procedures is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with guests from various backgrounds.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
