Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for guest relations, and a background in hotel management. This role is essential in ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service from check-in to check-out while managing front desk staff and maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of front desk staff, ensuring high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
  • Oversee the night audit process, ensuring accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate front desk staff to foster a positive work environment and promote professional development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Monitor front desk operations to maintain compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Utilize multilingual skills to assist diverse clientele effectively (if applicable).
  • Implement strategies to improve guest relations and enhance overall satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Canidate must have previous Hilton experience**
  • Proven experience in a front desk or guest relations role within the hotel or hospitality industry.
  • Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and night audit procedures is preferred.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with guests from various backgrounds.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A degree in hospitality management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
