*Responsibilities*
- Manage daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures for all areas including guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules around events or peak times.
- Address guest complaints or concerns regarding cleanliness promptly and professionally.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in all cleaning practices.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality or industrial cleaning sectors is essential.
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques and custodial practices is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for interacting with staff, guests, and other departments.
