- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust as needed
- Report maintenance issues or lost items to the appropriate department
- Follow hotel policies on health, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required
