We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Front Desk & Operations Assistant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Duties
- Lead and manage the hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and high performance.
- Oversee front desk operations, including check-in/check-out processes, guest relations, and handling guest inquiries or complaints.
- Ensure effective revenue management strategies are implemented to maximize occupancy and profitability.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff in areas such as customer service, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.
- Monitor hotel performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary to enhance guest experiences.
- Maintain effective communication with all departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest service delivery.
- Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations.
Experience
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Experience in revenue management, front desk operations, guest services, and night audit processes.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with phone systems and technology used in hotel operations is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
