Job Summary
As a Breakfast Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests at our hotel have a positive dining experience to start their day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area
- Greet guests warmly and assist with any inquiries or special requests
- Replenish food and beverage items as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are met at all times
- Assist in the kitchen with basic food preparation tasks
Skills
- Experience in food service or related field
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and restrictions is a plus
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to provide excellent guest services with a helpful attitude
- Basic culinary skills such as meat cutting are beneficial for this role
