Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all necessary information is collected accurately.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions securely.
- Assist with special requests or arrangements for guests, such as transportation or event bookings.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or customer service, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse guests.
- Experience in hospitality management or hotel management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in front desk operations and related software systems is preferred.
