We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Hotel Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests during breakfast hours, ensuring that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and organized. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent guest services and maintaining high standards of food safety.
Duties
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area prior to service, including arranging food items and beverages.
- Monitor food quality and freshness, ensuring all items meet safety standards.
- WASHING DISHE.
- Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area throughout service, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items and dietary needs, providing exceptional guest relations. .
- Restock food items as needed during service to ensure availability for guests.
- Clean up the breakfast area after service, including disposing of waste and sanitizing surfaces.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during breakfast hours.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Experience in cash handling and basic accounting skills.
- Culinary skills or experience in a restaurant setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities to accommodate guest needs.
- Excellent phone etiquette for any guest inquiries or reservations.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Basic meat cutting skills may be beneficial for certain menu items.
- Strong guest services skills to enhance overall guest experience.
