Position Overview:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by assisting with daily operations, ensuring effective communication with clients, and helping drive revenue growth. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Coordinate group bookings and special requests, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain and update the sales database, tracking client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination for meetings, conferences, and group events.
  • Respond to inquiries from potential clients via phone, email, or in person.
  • Support the sales team with administrative duties, including scheduling meetings and maintaining files.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to help refine sales strategies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to potential and current clients.
  • Participate in sales meetings and report on progress, trends, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts, ensuring that our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently. This position requires strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with sales representatives and management to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and presentations for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Support outside sales efforts by managing schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in technology sales.
  • Help manage territory assignments and track performance metrics for direct sales efforts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve sales techniques.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of direct sales processes, territory management, and market dynamics is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building relationships with clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
