We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through proactive maintenance and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate parts and components as necessary to support ongoing operations.
- Supervise maintenance tasks, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Utilize schematics to troubleshoot electrical systems and machinery.
- Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries from staff and visitors.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop effective maintenance strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate tools and equipment safely.
- Familiarity with logic controllers, schematics, and Ohmmeters is preferred.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise others effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for effective customer service interactions.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
