Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel departments
- Balance guest ledger accounts and reconcile all financial transactions
- Handle late night guest check-ins and check-outs
- Resolve guest complaints and queries promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Excellent math skills with an analytical mindset
- Customer Service Experience
