Duties
- Perform night audit functions, including balancing daily transactions and preparing financial reports.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to handle guest calls and reservations with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
- Assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, providing information about hotel services and amenities.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and hotel property throughout the night.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues that may arise during the night.
Experience
- Previous experience in night auditing or similar roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and front desk operations is essential.
- Strong phone etiquette skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- A background in hospitality management or related fields is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
