- Serves as the designated Title IX Coordinator for Hampton City Schools, overseeing all aspects of Title IX compliance
- Manages intake, investigation, and resolution of Title IX complaints and concerns

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred

- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience or experience as an administrator in a public school setting
- Previous experience conducting workplace investigations
- Comprehensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Advanced knowledge of Title IX requirements and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities

POSITION SUMMARY:
