- Prepares and processes personnel changes.
- Prepares, organizes, and maintains documents in electronic personnel files.
- Maintains employee data in the human resources information system.
- Conducts periodic audits of HR records.
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
- Ensures data integrity.
- Processes and tracks volunteers’ fingerprints and background checks.
- Assists with employee onboarding to include fingerprinting and background checks.
- Assists with other HR related functions and receptionist duties, as needed
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to an associate's degree.
- Experience with Munis preferred.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience, preferably in a human resources environment.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Strong communication skills (written/verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
