Responsibilities
· Lead and mentor Store Managers and staff to build a motivated and collaborative team.
· Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with company policies and health regulations.
· Drive sales growth through performance monitoring, strategy implementation, and staff development.
· Ensure exceptional customer experiences and address Guest feedback professionally.
· Manage inventory, control waste, and maintain product quality and cleanliness.
· Analyze performance reports, prepare action plans, and report to senior management.
· Provide hands-on leadership and support to Store Managers and teams.
· Foster open communication with the Operations Manager and store teams to ensure alignment on goals and processes.
· Monitor performance, deliver feedback, and offer coaching to drive results.
· Train Managers and staff to maintain the highest levels of service and operational excellence.
· Assist in managing budgets and controlling costs across locations.
· Adapt to changing business needs and provide support during peak times.
· Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Knowledge & Experience
· 2 years’ experience managing multiple locations (retail, hospitality, or food service).
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
· Familiarity with performance tracking and reporting tools.
· Adaptability to changing business needs.
Requirements
