The Palencia Club is currently seeking Servers to join our F&B team!
Pay: $9.98 an hour tips
Full-time and part-time positions available

The Palencia Club in St. Augustine, FL., features an 18 hole Arthur Hills-designed championship golf course. Job purpose
Provides friendly, courteous, professional service to our Members and Guests.
Duties and responsibilities
- Professionally take orders and serve our Members and Guests to Hampton Golf standrds of excellence.
- Work in partnership with Team Members of Front and Back of House
- Maintain a clear knowledge of menu offerings and Club practices.
- Provides check to members and or guests when they have finished their meal, either received immediate payment or permits members to charge the items to their account at the facility.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all F&B front of the house areas.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous server experience required
- Excellent oral communication and listening skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Excellent customer service skills
