The Banquet Server position is part time when needed. Banquet Servers are responsible for providing food and drink service to patrons for scheduled events such as weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, and others. Duties can range from direct table service, buffet service, and bar service. Banquet Servers are often on their feet and moving quickly for long shifts. Other job duties include:
- Maintaining dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Prepares room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs
