Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to provide seamless service.
• Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are required.
