Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned and maintained according to established standards.
- Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure cleanliness and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring that all necessary materials are available for staff use.
- Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Address guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
