Duties
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the hotel property to ensure smooth functioning.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
- Coordinate interviews for new employees and enforce disciplinary actions to ensure proper hotel operations and dress code.
- Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with brand standards and safety regulations.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints and billing errors promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of service.
- Collaborate with other operational departments to address issues and ensure quality and presentation.
- Coordinate the scheduling for employees and external vendors.
- Utilize PEP property management system for managing reservations, payments, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with PEP or similar property management system is preferred.
