Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Handle guest reservations, including check-ins and check-outs
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to guests
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and phone systems is preferred
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an advantage

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with exceptional service throughout their stay. You will play a crucial role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining the reputation of our hotel.
