What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Hampton Inn by Hilton Cullman?
This position is for 3rd shift 11pm-7am (@ least 2 days a week) and a few 2nd shift.
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel experience (preferably with a Hilton property).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Proficient in hotel management software (experience with Hilton systems is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process reservations and manage guest accounts.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Address guest complaints and feedback with professionalism.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
