Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, conducting nightly audits, and providing exceptional guest services to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while providing excellent customer service.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely.
• Ensure the lobby and front desk area are clean and welcoming for guests.
• Communicate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with any administrative tasks as needed.

Skills

• Proficient in using phone systems with strong phone etiquette skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality management is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in financial reporting.
• Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with guests and staff.
