Responsibilities:
- Perform night audit duties, including reviewing and reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management.
- Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a positive experience for all hotel guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments and issuing room keys.
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, ensuring all charges are posted correctly.
- Monitor hotel security and report any suspicious activities or incidents to management. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and night audit procedures is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software or similar systems.
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are an asset.
- Evening shifts - includes weekdays, weekends, overnight and holidays
- In person work
