Comfort Inn in Cambridge, Ohio, is looking to expand our team with dedicated and enthusiastic individuals. If you have a passion for hospitality and are committed to providing excellent guest service, we have positions available for you! We are currently hiring for the following roles:

1. Front Desk Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in/check-out guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, assist with reservations, and provide local information
• Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly
• Maintain accurate guest records and billing
• Ensure a clean, welcoming, and organized front desk area
• Assist with light administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service or hotel experience preferred, but not required
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)

2. Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards
• Ensure common areas and public spaces are tidy and well-kept
• Restock supplies in guest rooms as needed
• Report maintenance issues and assist in keeping the hotel in top condition
• Provide excellent customer service to guests as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

3. Full-Time Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are in proper working order
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities
• Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hotel or facility maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Flexibility to work on-call and respond to urgent repair needs
