Job Overview
Looking for an energetic personable person to greet guests, handle phone calls, book reservations and assist guest as needed to make their stay as pleasant as possible. Days and shifts are flexible, but we are 24/7. If you are interested please call 2025287550 between the hours of 10:00AM and 2:00PM. Computer Skills are a must. We are located in the Elkton MD area.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanour.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
• Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
• Handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Maintain an organized front desk area, including managing reservations and updating guest information in the system.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred but will train the right person.
• Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences.
• Proficient in phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues across departments.
