Duties
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and preparing daily financial reports.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, providing exceptional service to guests.
- Handle phone systems efficiently, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Ensure all guest accounts are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Monitor security systems and respond to any incidents or emergencies as they arise.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in night audit or similar roles within the hotel or resort industry is preferred.
