Job Summary
The Night Auditor position at our resort is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during nighttime hours. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly audit process and providing exceptional guest service to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct the nightly audit processes accurately and in a timely manner
- Welcome and assist guests during the overnight shift
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Perform front desk duties such as check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure security by following procedures and controlling access
- Prepare reports summarizing night audit activities
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or hotel management is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using hotel management software for night audit functions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries over the phone
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus for assisting international guests
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
